1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YIANcompany platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. These terms apply to all clients, makeup artists, and visitors of our platform.
2. Description of Services
YIANcompany connects clients with professional makeup artists through our MUAFinder and ClientFINDER technology. We provide a platform for booking makeup services, managing appointments, and processing payments. We do not directly employ makeup artists; they are independent contractors using our platform to connect with clients.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
4. Artist Responsibilities
Makeup artists using our platform agree to provide professional services as described in their profiles and booking confirmations. Artists must arrive on time, bring necessary equipment and products, and conduct themselves professionally. Artists are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, and tax obligations. YIANcompany is not liable for the quality of services provided by independent artists.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate booking details, be available at the scheduled appointment time, and communicate any changes or cancellations promptly. Clients must ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the artist to perform services. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation fees.
6. Payments and Payouts
Clients agree to pay the full amount for booked services. Artist payouts are processed on the Friday following the completed appointment. Payout timing is based on the appointment date, not the booking date. For example, an appointment on Monday will be paid that same week's Friday. YIANcompany may retain a service fee from each transaction as disclosed during booking.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Artists who cancel within 48 hours may be subject to platform penalties. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the YIANcompany platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of YIANcompany or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. By posting content on our platform, you grant YIANcompany a non-exclusive license to use that content for platform operation and marketing purposes.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
YIANcompany provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YIANcompany is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
11. Termination
YIANcompany reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, particularly for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users or the platform. Users may also delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

14. SMS Communications
YIAN COMPANY operates an SMS notification program for contracted makeup artists on the YIANco platform. By agreeing to the contractor agreement, artists consent to receive operational text messages including booking assignments, appointment reminders, schedule updates, and payout notifications.
Message frequency varies based on booking activity. You may receive multiple messages per week.
